TRAFFIX has undertaken traffic studies for large and small retail developments alike, including ones within regional, sub-regional and secondary centres throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, as well as within regional centres throughout NSW and Queensland. We will work closely with your architect (and we have worked with most of them) to establish access requirements, loading requirements and parking requirements that reflect not only Council policy but also current State Government policy. As with all our projects, we are active members of what is usually a multi-disciplinary team and we are able to engage in the public consultation process as necessary.
