Traffic Impact Assessment of a Mixed-use Development at 20 Shepherd Street, Liverpool

TRAFFIX was commissioned to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment of a proposed mixed-use development to be located at 20 Shepherd Street, Liverpool. The site is located in the Liverpool City Council LGA (within the Liverpool City Centre as identified by the Department of Planning and Environment in the Sydney Metropolitan Strategy), and has been assessed under the relevant Council controls as outlined in the following sections.

The proposal is for the construction of two residential buildings comprising 245 apartments, and modifications to an existing industrial building on the site which has heritage significance, to provide 1,911m² retail space.
