EXECUTIVE ENGINEER

Thomas is a registered engineer on the National Engineer Register and has over 10 years of traffic engineering and transport planning experience.

Thomas has provided traffic engineering consultancy services for thousands of successful development approvals for a wide range of land uses, with extensive experience working closely with Local and State Governments, developers, land owners, businesses, architects and planners.

Thomas is proficient in many areas of traffic engineering and transport planning, these include undertaking traffic and parking impact assessments, preparation of construction traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes, SIDRA intersection and network traffic modelling, as well as undertaking swept path analysis.

Thomas has extensive knowledge of Australian Standards, Austroads Guidelines and Transport for NSW requirements. Thomas also appears as an expert witness at the Land and Environment Court for Section 34 conciliations and court hearings.
